2024-2025 H2Ohio Contracts

There were 116 producers enrolled in Van Wert County.

These Producers successfully completed 2024 crop year by having a Nutrient Management Plan and following practice standard guidelines. After this spring, 2025 practices will be completed!

Important Notes for current Producers 

• Fall 2024 manure applications and Overwintering Cover Crops can be verified today. Turn in documentation as soon as possible.
• Any current 2024-2025 producer can turn in 2025 fertilizer documentation after the side dress of corn is completed.
• Fertilizer Verification Documentation needed are Invoices and Records from Fall 2024-Spring 2025.
• Fertilizer Nutrients we are tracking are Phosphorus, Nitrogen, and potassium.
